Dyann McDowell, is a powerhouse in the world of Human Resources and Training. As the President and Senior HR Business Partner at Training Marbles, Inc., Dyann wears many hats. With over two decades of experience in the training industry, she's carved a niche for herself, specializing in Conflict Resolution, Civility, Drug-Free Workplace, Harassment, and Leadership training.
Dyann is a strategic thinker who implements high-performance solutions that directly impact growth, engagement, and compliance. Dyann is a Certified Diversity Executive and is known for her straightforward approach and thought-provoking insights. She is often called the catalyst of change, who helps others contemplate the changes necessary to achieve success. She's the person HR calls when the quick fixes have failed, the culture is broken, and leadership needs more than another “training session.” McDowell doesn't do surface-level solutions. We build foundations for lasting change from the dock to the boardroom, the strategic partner that shifts workplace culture at its core.
Julia Baxter, HR Business Partner, is a game changer in the field of HR. With more than a decade of experience as a former practicing attorney and a former HR Director, she possesses the skills, knowledge, and expertise to transform any workplace. She's the Swiss army knife of HR - whether it's planning, performance management, or employee relations, she's got it covered. But that's not all.
Julia is an experienced and certified HR professional providing clients with solutions to ensure the workplace is compliant and balanced. She brings a straightforward approach to assisting clients with the nuts and bolts necessary to optimize performance and ensure accountability. Her legal background adds a unique layer to her HR skills, making Julia an invaluable asset in any workplace. As a business partner and trainer, I am responsible for performing HR assessments, audits, and investigations for clients, and she supports the delivery of Human Resources programs as mandated by the client’s policy and objectives. I also assist clients with strategic planning, brainstorming sessions, and recruiting to help effect change for the company to enhance engagement and compliance.
