The training will review the company's Drug-Free Workplace policy and procedures, roles, and responsibilities; discuss how to initiate reasonable suspicion testing; and common mistakes and liabilities.

Our training focuses on common performance indicators and behaviors that suggest a problem. Identifying substance abuse and performance problems must be taught by trainers with actual supervisor experience. Our trainers will exceed expectation and bring life to your program. Various options are available to ensure that your training is both efficient and effective.

Onsite Training

The training session is customized to your company's policy is delivered at your designated facility. The training includes the supervisors’ core responsibility, which includes monitoring job performance, and staying alert to the key indicators consistent with drug and/or alcohol abuse/use.

Online Training

Our interactive training course is a great alternative to onsite training. This course has been approved by the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation and exceeds the DOT requirements.
